I am extremely happy to welcome you to EXPO Elementary School.   I hope you like our website and are able to find answers to many of your questions.  If you need more information, please feel free to call me at 651-290-8384.

New Student Registration:
Every spring, EXPO hosts a registration night when families register our new students and on May 8th, EXPO welcomed many new students into our family.  EXPO has currently accepted 151 new students for the 2008-2009 school year and 125 of those came to the registration night.  This is incredible and will help us be certain that our school will be at full enrollment again this fall.  It is important to us that this happens for many reasons, but most importantly because students who are in class on the first day of school are essential team members in the building of a classroom community.  This is an important factor in building school success for children.

Fun Run:
On May 29th, EXPO hosted the annual Fun Run.  This is a glorious event where parents are encouraged to join the parent and staff softball game, families can enjoy a cultural food festival, the wind ensemble will host the annual concert, and of course, the FUN RUN!!  Students, parents, alumni and friends all join together to run, jog, or walk the mile long course.

Thanks for everything you do.  I have enjoyed seeing so many great families volunteering and taking tours also.  Your interest in your child’s education pays huge dividends in the end.  See you in the halls!
